April is the Co-Founder and Managing Broker of Future Homes and Real Estate “FHARE.com”. She is dedicated to her clients and agents. Providing excellent service for over 30 years in the Real Estate Industry., El Dorado County Top Achiever since 2007, El Dorado County Association of Realtors Past President 2021. Currently serving as a Director for the California Real Estate Brokers Board of Directors and the Metrolist Board of Directors. 
April started in the Mortgage Banking Industry in 1987. Previously FHA/VA loan underwriter refocusing her career to the real estate side in 2004. Representing buyers and sellers with residential, land and commercial sales. April is now also working with Realtors to help them attain their highest potential. Her passion is focusing on excellence in old fashioned customer service partnered with advanced technology.
